The pool (heating is an optional paid service) and spa are welcoming so you can swim, have a barbecue (propane gas not included), or simply relax outside all day long! Free WiFi is provided throughout the home so you can stay connected! IMPORTANT GUIDELINES: POOL/SPA - The Home has a welcoming Pool and Spa so you can swing or simply relax outside all day long! Heating has an additional cost of USD65 USD per Day (service only for the whole stay). ATTENTION: This house doesn't have a hot tub, the water flows into the pool so the temperature from the jets or jacuzzi area is going to be the same. The jets are just air injected by a blower, so the pool will be warm but not hot. Important message: We clean the pool weekly and check the BBQ propane regularly with or without guests in our home. If you want to be notified of the date we will go to do the inspection, please let us know so we can avoid an inconvenience for both parties. POOL TOWELS - Columbia Vacation Homes does provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. We really appreciate taking care of them and leaving all of them in the home. BBQ Grill - Patio with alfresco dining and BBQ grill (let us know in advance if you plan to use the grill; we must apply a USD75 fee to cover the cost of setup and cleaning) PARKING: Vehicles must be parked only in designated parking areas. The house provides parking for 3 to 4 vehicles, depending on their size, as long as they do not block or touch the sidewalk and any grass area. IMPORTANT: Parking on the street is strictly prohibited. Any illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense. For additional parking, a gravel area next to the Clubhouse is available on a first-come, first-served basis. PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, oversized vehicles, or cars with loud modifications.
