Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please dispose trash in the plastic bench to keep a clean home. ONLINE PURCHASE: If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them. Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us. In addition, there's also a Community dumpster available for trash disposal. PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. ​​​​​​​PARKING - Parking available in designated areas in front of the house.
