Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS as well as USPS. Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests. VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes. In addition, there's also a Community dumpster available for trash disposal. COMMUNITY POOL/SPA HOURS - The Resort pool area is open from dusk to dawn daily. However, hours are subject to change so be sure to check at the clubhouse before making any plans for the day. Night-time swimming is not allowed. POOL TOWELS - Summerville Resort does provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted.
