The Clubhouse features also a fitness center where you can stop by to start an active day! POOL/SPA - The Home has a welcoming Pool and Spa so you can swing or simply relax outside all day long! Heating has an additional cost of USD50 USD per Day (service only for the whole stay). ATTENTION: This house doesn't have a hot tub, the water flows into the pool so the temperature from the jets or jacuzzi area is going to be the same. Important message: We clean the pool weekly and check the BBQ propane regularly with or without guests in our home. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted. SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS as well as USPS. Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests. FORGOTTEN ITEMS: Regarding any items left behind or packages delivered after your departure, please contact us within three days to inquire whether our cleaning staff found them. If located, you will have three days to provide a prepaid UPS shipping label (and a box or envelope, depending on the size of the item) via email so we can return your belongings. Please be aware that there will be a USD30 handling fee. This fee is charged by the property management company to cover the cost of taking the package to a courier office. Please note that if we do not receive the prepaid shipping label within the specified timeframe, the items will be discarded. VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected.
