The boat slips are rented out, so occasionally there may be people parking at the home to access their boats. There is space on the floater to dock one boat. There is electric on the dock. On the lower level is a 17-seat 1960s-era theater room for watching your favorite shows, movies, and gaming - all in true HD 1080p on a large 10' projection screen. Inputs are provided, so bring your gaming console or other devices. The lower level also offers a full bath and two large bedrooms that each walk out onto private patios. There are ping-pong and air hockey tables on this level, as well as a treadmill and cardio glide.
