Natural light fills the interior thanks to large windows and thoughtfully placed solar tubes that brighten the living spaces and kitchen throughout the day. The open living, dining, and kitchen areas flow together beneath vaulted ceilings, creating a bright and welcoming gathering space for relaxing, cooking, and sharing meals. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar with seating and a fully equipped coffee station with both drip and Keurig options. Tile flooring throughout the home keeps the space cool and comfortable, while updated HVAC ensures year-round climate control. The primary suite offers a peaceful retreat beneath vaulted ceilings and opens directly to a private covered patio and pool area. Two additional guest bedrooms are located along the central hallway and share a well-appointed bathroom, making the layout comfortable for families, couples, or small groups. The pool is heated to 87º from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM throughout your stay. Pool Heat Rates (per night): • November–March: USD75 • April, May, October: USD50 Not needed in other months For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. A 24-hour notice prior to arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before arrival at no extra charge. Hot Tub Relax in the private spa, conveniently heated using easy controls. The hot tub is not pre-heated prior to arrival, but there is no additional charge to use it — even if pool heat is not selected. Simply activate it whenever you're ready for a soothing soak. Summer Utility Surcharge For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 30th, a USD750 per month utility surcharge will apply to help offset increased cooling costs during the summer months. This surcharge is not included at booking and will be requested prior to arrival.
