Designed for both sun and shade, the outdoor space features a pebble-finish saltwater pool and spa system, multiple lounge areas, and several shade sails for comfort throughout the day. Spend mornings in the spa, afternoons lounging poolside, and evenings grilling and dining al fresco as the San Jacinto Mountains glow at sunset. Pool Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or prior to arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM throughout your stay. Pool Heat Rates (per night): • November–March: USD75 • April, May, October: USD50 • Not needed in other months For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. A 24-hour notice prior to arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before arrival at no extra charge. Hot Tub Relax in the private saltwater spa, conveniently heated using easy controls. The hot tub is not pre-heated prior to arrival, but there is no additional charge to use it — even if pool heat is not selected. Simply activate it whenever you're ready to unwind. Summer Utility Surcharge For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a USD750 per month utility surcharge will apply to help offset increased cooling costs during the summer months. This surcharge is not included at booking and will be requested prior to arrival. Dog-Friendly Stays Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. • Stays of 2–20 nights: USD89 per dog, per stay • Stays of 21 nights or more: USD200 per dog, per stay Guests are asked to promptly clean up after pets. Excessive pet damage may result in additional charges. Pets brought onto the property without prior approval will incur a USD500 fee. Please note: This home is not feline-friendly.
