The plush, comfortable bed takes center stage, adorned with soft, cozy linens that invite you to sink in and drift off to sleep. 3 bedrooms furnished with your comforts in mind King and queen-sized beds available BATHROOM Step into any of the stunning bathrooms and be transported to a world of relaxation and luxury. Whether you prefer a long relaxing bubble tea or a quick rinse in the glass walk-in shower, both options are available. OUTDOOR The lush green grass from the front yard provides a soft and comfortable surface for you to enjoy, while the beautiful balcony and BBQ grill create the perfect atmosphere for outdoor entertainment. OTHER AMENITIES Free parking is available to all guests on the circular driveway. If additional parking is needed, feel free to park on the neighborhood streets as well. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer should you need to refresh your clothing during your stay. Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer. Other things to note NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit. You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from USD39 up to USD79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of USD450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed. If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waiving the requirement based on your coverage. Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.
