The property is located near train tracks, so train noise will be heard at times, but a white noise machine is provided for added comfort. Also the neighborhood is more urban and may feel less polished compared to other areas of the city. Guests will share access to outdoor spaces and laundry facilities with other residents. These units are very cost effective for groups of three or four. We want to provide full transparency so you can make the best choice for your stay. SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit. You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from USD39 up to USD79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of USD450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed. If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage. Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations. Each of the three extra units features a living room, dining area, kitchen two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. All four units share access to the laundry room and backyard.
