To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit. You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from USD39 up to US79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of U450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.
