Other things to note NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 6+ GUESTS Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a USD29/night fee will be applied. OFFICE Please note that our office room perfectly functions as a bedroom as well, equipped with a plush, queen-size sofa bed. And for those workaholics, you can now sleep and have a nap in between zoom meetings too! FIREPLACE NOTE Our fireplace is electrically operated.
