Other things to note BOOKING DURATION POLICY Please note: this property can only be booked for a minimum of 2 nights and a maximum of 30 nights. SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit. You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from USD39 up to USD79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of USD450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed. If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage. Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data.
