Other things to note NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. GARAGE NOTE Please note that the garage is not available for use. However, there are two parking spots available in the driveway for guest parking. ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 6+ GUESTS Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a USD29/night fee will be applied.
