You also have full access and use of the backyard, which is fully fenced for your privacy and landscaped with grass for your enjoyment. Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort on our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer. Other things to note NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property.
