Other things to note NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of USD150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions. NO STREET PARKING No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 6+ GUESTS Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a USD29/night fee will be applied.
