We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer. Please note our occupancy is 16 guests but, by the City of Garland code, the property may not be occupied by more than three persons who are unrelated by blood, adoption or marriage, with exception of children related to an occupant. Other things to note BOOKING DURATION POLICY Please note: this property can only be booked for a minimum of 2 nights and a maximum of 30 nights. SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit. You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from USD39 up to USD79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of USD450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed. If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage. The venue is completely separate, with its own entrance and parking, and is located on the far side of the pond—well away from the house and its amenities to ensure your stay remains uninterrupted. Guests may also rent the event center, if available, for parties and large gatherings. NO PETS No pets allowed. NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property.
