This backyard features an outdoor swimming pool, a 220-foot dock, and waterfront access. After, enjoy some time on the covered patio, which also features a wet bar for your convenience. OTHER AMENITIES Free parking is available to all guests in the 2-car garage or on the driveway. If additional parking is needed, vehicles can park on the neighborhood streets as well. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer should you need to refresh your clothing during your stay. Heating the pool and spa is an extra feature and available upon request. USD150 initial heating cost will apply + USD60 per day to maintain pool temperature at all time. You also have the option to heat just the spa for USD120 initial heating cost and USD40 per day to maintain the temperature. Keep in mind the pool cannot be heated if the ambient temperature is below 50 degrees. Other things to note SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit. You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from USD39 up to USD79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of USD450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed. If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.
