Also, the new Gulf Shores pickleball courts (10 courts) are only 1 mile away! The space Clean and pleasantly decorated three bedroom condo on the first floor with a lovely patio overlooking the pond and water feature. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry, walk-in shower, newer appliances, desk/office corner in master bedroom, all with ample parking close to the condo entry. Entire condo, entrance, and lovely patio are all on one level—no steps! Guest access Self check-in with keypad code. You will also receive a code to use the Colony Club pool, hot tub, and exercise room. Tennis court/pickleball court just a few steps away. All amenities listed are free.
