Perfect for evening margaritas or morning coffee with fresh bay air. While the property does not sit directly on the bay, it enjoys open water views and at high tide feels right off the water. This is the right-side unit of a double townhome. LAYOUT & PRIVACY ACROSS THREE LEVELS Next best reason to book – additional privacy not easily found. If you are looking for true space to spread out, this layered layout creates natural privacy. Full three bedroom, 2 full baths On the Ground Floor two of the three bedrooms are located here, sharing a full bath and offering access to a small shared rear patio. On the Second Level the spacious primary suite with en suite bath sits on one side. On the other side is the large living room with sectional sofa, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. This level also includes a rear patio off conveniently located off the kitchen with an LP/Gas BBQ grill (guests must bring their own LP propane tank as we do not supply for safety reasons). On the third level up the spiral staircase, you will find a rooftop patio to enjoy. While it is shared with neighbors, they do not rent and almost never ever use – so near private Stairs are required throughout the property. For those traveling with infants or toddlers, we recommend bringing a self-standing baby gate due to the spiral staircase. This layout works especially well for families with teens, grandparents, or adult couples traveling together that would appreciate the additional privacy so many floors afford to you as the guests. KITCHEN & LIVING The fully equipped kitchen includes pots, pans, dishes, and cooking essentials for home-cooked meals. The open flow into the very large living room makes this level ideal for family movie nights or game nights (yes, board games are provided!) Each bedroom features a Smart flat screen TV. The living room also includes a large screen TV for streaming apps. WiFi is the highest level available on the island, though outages can occur; a cell hotspot is recommended if work is required. A full-sized washer and dryer are located inside the townhome for your convenience as going home with clean things is cause for a celebration in and of itself for us clean freaks! If using the couch or airbed, please bring your own bedding to be comfortable.
