POOL TOWELS - We provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. We really appreciate taking care of them and leaving all of them in the home. PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes. PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
