1 garbage bag
Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.
Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. Guests are responsible for washing them during their stay, and a washer and dryer are available at the house. Please note that washcloths are not included, as they are considered personal items.
Rules and guidelines for your comfort:
POOL: We clean the pool weekly, with or without guests. If you would like to be notified in advance, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, if you need assistance, we will be more than happy to send a specialist.
ATTENTION: This house has no jacuzzi; the jets and hot tub (spa) area share the same temperature as the pool. The jets blow air, so the pool will be warm, not hot.
POOL HEATING RULES AND GUIDELINES: Please note that pools are typically unheated and may take 24 hours or more to warm. Pool heaters are heat pumps, so water temperature depends on outdoor conditions and may not reach the set temperature during cooler weather. Heating fees apply once the heater is activated, regardless of outside temperatures.
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities allowed. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance.
