Pool heat is available October through April for $60.00 per day, making this a year-round escape. The stay will be accessed via a smart lock and we will provide the door code on check in day around 4pm During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance. This property is equipped with a monitor which detects smoke, vape, noise, and excess guest over the occupancy limit allowed. Violations will result in removal from the property without refund. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest. This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Destin Ordinance rules.? Minimum Age Requirement The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the property for the entire stay.
