Pool Heat Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay. Rates vary by season: • November–March: USD75/night • April, May, October: USD50/night • Not needed in other months For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days. A 24-hour notice prior to your arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge. Hot Tub Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay. Dog-Friendly Stay (up to 1 dog/stay) One well-behaved dog is welcome with prior approval. For the comfort of all guests and to protect the home, puppies under one (1) year of age are not permitted. Dogs must be house-trained and not left unattended in the home or yard. Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a USD89 fee. Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a USD200 fee. We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional USD500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.
