Located on E Pike Street, you will enjoy a very short walk to the Island’s entertainment district with bayside / sunset bars & restaurants to fine dining to go carts & mini golf. The bonus being east of Padre Blvd is no tough traffic hassles to cross the busy 4 lane as beachside of it as you walk ½ a block to the beach & public beach access point. As you walk thru the entrance, you will immediately notice the high ceilings & really large brand new kitchen with white quartz & ample eat in seating that also is perfect for a cup of coffee or tea to get some work done on your laptop. The kitchen flows to the oversized living room perfect for winding down to a family movie night after a long day at the beach or pool. Off this space is the patio to the private pool area with a BBQ gas grill (please bring LP gas) perfect for wearing out the kiddos after the beach while grilling up. While lacking a lot of green space, there is ample room by the pool to sun bath, or bring a floatie to soak in the rays. We professionally clean the pool weekly for your enjoyment as well. While the main floor features a half bath, upstairs there are 2 full bathrooms, one of which is en suite & attached to the master bedroom. All 3 bedrooms for this townhome are on the 2nd floor, along with a washer & dryer. Exact bedding: * Master Bedroom - King Bed * 2nd Guest Bedroom - (2) full sized beds * 3rd Guest Bedroom - (3) twin sized beds Additionally in the 1st floor living room is a sleeper sofa that pulls out into a small full sized bed, and in the one guest closet is a queen sized air bed and pump. Please do bring bedding if you plan on using the sleeper sofa and/or airbed. There is high speed wifi for work and/or use of the smart TVs for movies off your favorite app, though we do not supply local TV nor cable TV for you to plan accordingly We do allow a max of 11 guests and that includes babies, infants, and/or children per HOA guidelines here. The spaciousness of this being a fairly new build we think is one of the great reasons to consider this townhome, along with the additional privacy 2 levels plus a private pool & garage affords our guests. As near new, it feels fresh & clean unlike many Island properties that are sort of dated inside. Up to 2 vehicles are allowed off the street in driveway, with the garage sufficient for a golf cart though it is not allowed to park a gas vehicle in the garage. There is no street parking here & that would result in towing so please take note This property has a convenient 1 car garage for your beach gear as mentioned above. There is contactless door code entry 24 hours a day with a unique code to your stay for security confidence. While we have a private pool, it is not heated. We do allow up to (2) dogs though it does carry an additional 1 time fee of $75 per pet for additional professional cleaning. Please note that 2 is the absolute max and we do not offer a waiver on this. Dogs may not be left alone to bark, may not be on furniture & may not be allowed into the pool itself. The backyard does not have green space it is all pool. All pet droppings must be picked up and disposed of. Location: Pike Street Beachwalk Condo is located just east of Padre Blvd on Pike Street, and easy easy walk to libations at Louies Backyard - Tequila Sunsets - BOBs on the Bay - Driftwood Bar - Lobo del Mar - Longboards. Casual Italian dining is at hand with Meatball Cafe (they have gluten free options!) as well as Cafe Karma for Coffee/Tea, Dairy Queen or Subway for a quick bite, or D’Pizza Joint for Pizza. More upscale bayfront dining is also walkable to Viva’s on the Bay, and for major sports consider Kraken Bar & Grill with their huge arena & 25 foot flat screen for games. Nuts & Bolts Please do note that this property has no ground floor bedrooms with a private pool fenced in. Please be aware that children can access this pool thru the beach entrance to th townhome so care should be taken to lock up if needed While we do have a gas BBQ propane grill, we do not supply a tank for safety reasons, please bring with you. • We do have free parking space for two vehicles - property does not have guest parking unfortunately. The 1 car garage may be used for a golf cart but parking of a gas vehicle inside is not allowed as quite small. • We do allow pets with the guidelines above.
