The Space * 2nd -floor condo (no stairs) in a small 4-unit building that will require the use of stairs * Quiet, small backyard pool shared only with the other 3 condos * Clean, simple interior with all-tile floors and high ceilings * Eat-in kitchen counter plus a cozy corner-bench dining area, perfect for family meals or board games The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We allow up to 8 guests, including babies and toddlers, though the sleeping setup works best when some guests are children. * Master bedroom: King bed with private en suite bathroom * Guest bedroom: Full-over-queen bunk bed with twin trundle underneath Living room: Standard couch (not a sleeper sofa) + queen airbed provided (please bring extra bedding if you plan to use the airbed) Kitchen & Amenities The fully equipped kitchen includes pots, pans, utensils, and dinnerware so you can cook at home and save a bit during your stay. You’ll also have an in-unit washer and dryer, which is especially convenient for families and longer trips. This property does not have a dishwasher unfortunately BBQ grills are welcome to bring—just please grill in front of the building, not near the pool area, as that space is shared by all guests.
