Here too is the main living room that looks out through large windows to the mountains and sea beyond. There are comfortable sofas, chairs, and a large Smart TV as well. The home has Wifi too. The main common area as you enter has an oversized dining table, and a kitchen with it's own large island. There are many bar stools here, and a well laid out kitchen with all of the appliances and more that you may want. Along the shore is the main patio. Here you find a 5 foot deep private pool, and a shaded kitchen area. High backed stools and a BBQ grill make this THE place to hang out with friends and family. Located minutes from Rocky Point's fun beaches and nightlife, Islas Del Mar is known for it's rolling golf greens, palm trees, and winding lagoons. This unique landscape is home to lots of wildlife, and has a real desert oasis felling. The Jack Nicklaus designed golf course is well regarded, and guests are offered a discount. Security Deposit Policy: There is a damage security deposit of 300 USD during Semana Santa/Easter Weekend and Spring Break (from March through April 10th), and 200 USD for the rest of the year.
