In addition to the three bedrooms—one with a king bed and two with queen beds—there’s a bonus room featuring a bunk bed with a trundle, creating flexible sleeping arrangements for everyone. The heart of the home is the kitchen, designed with a modern farmhouse feel and fully equipped with everything you need, including an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator with bottom freezer, Keurig coffee maker, and toaster. A large center island doubles as a prep space and casual dining area with three barstools, making it a favorite gathering spot. The open layout flows effortlessly into the living and dining areas, where a comfortable sofa and chairs invite relaxation. (Please note: the fireplace is decorative only.) No Pets Allowed This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of USD 1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). The optional damage waiver is USD 62.54 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional USD 1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
