Sandpiper Cottage is just steps to the sand with no roads to cross, and offers very reasonable rates. The spacious living area is warm, inviting, and comfortably furnished with two sofas (one is a queen sofa bed), and two chairs. A cozy fireplace adds to the ambiance. It's a great place to kick back after a day in the sun and surf, or after a day of sightseeing. Or, you can walk right out and relax on your patio and enjoy the whitewater ocean view. The kitchen features granite counters, and is equipped with dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and blender. The dining area seats 4, plus 3 bar stools at the kitchen bar. You'll find a king size bed and a chair in the bedroom, and the bathroom has a tub/shower combination with designer tile and a granite countertop. North Coast Village is close enough to walk to everything near the beach, so your car can stay in its secure underground parking spot - especially useful when beach parking becomes a premium in the summer.
