We offer beach supplies including chairs, boogie boards, and coolers. We have float toys for the pool and bikes are available for guest use as well. There are plenty of books for a rainy day as well as a few board games. Comes with a full-size washer and dryer in the garage. BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional $56 fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning. This is a charcoal BBQ. Garage: Owner private vehicle parked, no garage use This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee of $250 plus tax will apply when you let us know you're bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit. Pet must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival. Distances: The beautiful beaches of Englewood are a short 30-minute drive away.
