The canal dock access includes seating to watch the birds, fish and all sorts of wildlife This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee of $250 plus tax will apply when you let us know you're bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit. Pet must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival. Location: Canal direct access to Lemon Bay and Stump Pass. Guests are welcome to use the small ramp for kayak launching and tie your boat to the dock. Kayaking is fantastic from this house, as it leads right out to the Lemon Bay Aquatic Preserve popular for kayaking and paddleboarding. BBQ use is included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional $56 fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning. Propane tank refills are not included. Pool/Spa heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX. In order to heat the Spa, the additional cost must be paid. The garage is not for guest use.
