Gorgeous granite countertops and stainless steel appliances outline the kitchen where you'll cook up your fresh catch of the day. Relax in the living room as you overlook the pool area too. The public boat ramp is less than 5 minutes away at Ainger Creek Park with easy access to the community boat docks, first come first serve- registration with HOA after completing the background check to dock your boat. 25-foot maximum 30-night minimum stay per HOA rules. Guests who stay here must complete a background check per the HOA requirements. This is an additional non-refundable $100 additional fee paid directly to the HOA once the reservation is made. We will provide a welcome pack including the following: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom 1 roll of paper towels 2 packets of dishwasher detergent 2 packets of laundry soap "hotel-size" shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
