As the sun comes up the sunroom with its oversized windows is the perfect place to gather with morning coffee and plan where to start your fun day of exploring Fredericksburg. Once you get back to the house after a long enjoyable day on the town, grab a glass of wine and head out to the hot tub under the pergola in the backyard and soak up the night sky, you will have plenty of privacy as the yard backs up to a wet weather creek.
