Oak Cottage features a luxury farmhouse kitchen, cozy living room with Smart-TV, and two king suites, each harboring their own private full baths. The Elm Cottage features a private, intimate, and luxurious farmhouse studio with a king-sized bed, farmhouse soaking tub, walk-in shower, full kitchen, and Smart-TV. Furthermore, both cottages have their own outdoor decks and patios perfect for your morning coffee or your evening glass of wine or cocktail. *Grapetown Cottages does have WIFI; however it is not a strong connection and may be spotty. Easy Check-In Process We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $62.54 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay!
