Oak Cottage features a luxury farmhouse kitchen, a cozy living room with a Smart-TV, and two king suites, each harboring private full baths. The cottage also has a great outdoor deck and patio, perfect for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine or cocktail. This rental only includes Oak Cottage for up to 4 individuals. On the same property is Elm Cottage. This is an additional private cottage that may or may not be rented during your rental of Oak Cottage. Elm Cottage is for only two individuals. Elm Cottage is not included in your rental of Oak Cottage. We ask you to treat any potential guests of Elm Cottage with respect and kindness. *Grapetown Cottages-does have WIFI; however it is not a strong connection and may be spotty. Easy Check-In Process We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay!
