The 2nd guest bedroom has another king bed while the 3rd bedroom features 2 queen beds to accommodate a max of 8 guests. Please arrive prepared with an enabled hotpot on your cellular device if you have critical work to complete. The Smart TVS you can watch using whatever your favorite app is – we do not provide cable TV. We require to maintain our City of South Padre Rental License a signed rental agreement you must esign prior to arrival to be checked in therefore you must provide your email address. Sapphire has additional required documents to check in which we provide to you via docusign and are 100% required to check in. Refusal to sign the rental agreement, provide a valid photo ID and/or complete the Docusign sapphire guest information prior to check in is not a reason for a refund.An electronic key card is required enter the property which you will receive after the primary guest shows their ID at front desk. For two & 3 bedrooms, 2 vehicles will be issued permits & there is both covered garage as well as surface parking. A golf cart is considered a vehicle.
