This condo is located in the South Tower on the 17th floor with a spectacular view on the oceanfront side of the beach, the next door Margaritaville Resort, and to the South the SpaceX launch site (completely viewable from this condo). The bayside patio has a provided electric grill for BBQing. This is one of the most exclusive viewing spots to see a live rocket launch in quite possibly the world. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has an open concept kitchen that is fully equipped with pots/pans/dishes/etc to the living room and patio to the ocean with eat in breakfast bar. High ceilings, all tile floors and a nice amount of bedding to accommodate up to 8 people. For your convenience the condo has a washer & dryer. The master bedroom suite has a massive bathroom and garden soaker tub with frameless shower stall and walk in closet. There is a view of the ocean & beach from the master suite. We pre collect for this as this money is owed to the HOA and is not our fee.. This is not a hidden fee anyone checking in there must pay this. Finally, 2 docusign agreements are required prior to check in. These are emailed to you for electronic signature. One is the rental agreement. The 2nd one is the property HOA that needs all names and vehicles prior to check in.
