On either side of the screened in porch is walk-out decking, which runs the entire width of the rear of the house. You can sit and relax on the deck and enjoy the lagoon view while watching golfers. Just off the living room, beside the kitchen on the front-facing side of the house is a small den for you to sit, read and relax. The huge kitchen has a free-standing countertop bar with seating, along with a round table and seating for four. All appliances are upgraded stainless steel. Double slider doors provide access to and allow a beautiful view of the fenced in pool and spa area. The pool offers lounges chairs and multiple dining and seating options, as well as a gas grill to make this area your perfect outdoor sanctuary. There are four generously sized bedrooms, 2 on either side of the open concept living room. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. One side features a bedroom that is front facing with a king-sized bed and en-suite. This bedroom overlooks the pool and offers access to the pool through slider doors. A double vanity sink, and a large tiled walk-in shower complete this bedroom. On the same side of the house, a queen bedroom has a step out to the rear deck with golf course views, including a view of a gorgeous walk over bridge to the fairway. The en-suite bath has 2 vanity sinks and an oversized tiled walk-in shower. On the other side of the living room, both bedrooms are rear facing with walk outs to the rear deck, where views of the lagoon and golf course invite you to visit. The first bedroom has two double beds with an ensuite that includes a single vanity sink with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed with an en-suite that includes a single vanity sink and a generous tiled walk-in shower.
