Located on Four O'clock Rd. you can easily walk (approx. 100 yards) to the Snowflake chairlift giving you the option to ski in for lunch and avoid taking the shuttle to and from the parking lots at the end of the day. The unit comes with one parking space on the premises and laundry facility. Nicely decorated unit to provide the perfect space after a long day on the mountain. Only a short walk to downtown and Main Street for shopping and dining. You are given access to The Upper Village Pool which includes indoor/outdoor swim access and two hot tubs. SEASONAL (Open: Summer and Winter Seasons) This studio is not only great for skiing but all year-round, when the snow melts and you can see and hear the Ten Mile Creek right outside your front door. A beautiful get-a-way great for hiking and biking on hundreds of miles of trails or just walk into town for the many Spring, Summer or Fall festivals that Breckenridge hosts. Alpine Meadows works closely with a professional housekeeping company. Our home is completely cleaned and disinfected prior to arrival. *Important to know before arriving to Breckenridge:* 4WD or AWD vehicles are required in the winter; snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roadways - no refunds will be granted for improper vehicles. This home is near 10,000 Ft. please plan for high alpine environment conditions all year. *COLORADO TRACTION LAW*: September- May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Please be sure to mention your destination and traction law when renting a vehicle. Alpine Meadows will not refund for improper vehicles. Good location and economical. However didnt get email from mgmt co with details. So i showed up without knowing how to get in or who to call about it. Tv worked about half the time: same with internet. Below average cleanliness.

Pro - Convenient, hot water, electric fireplace Negative - Front door did not seal properly. Cold air blew into condo. It was impossible to heat the unit. Bay window was drafty, cold and was difficult to sleep on window side. Ice form on inside overnight. Electric baseboard heat ran constantly, drying the air resulting in headaches and bloody noses. Electric fireplace was plugged into extension cord that was plugged into 6-plug outlet. Could only be on for 15 minutes before cord got hot. This is a fire hazard. Closet had bed linens, blankets, paper bags & decorations piled on floor and against hot water heater. Another fire hazard. The 40" TV is a 32". Only way to turn on TV was via lights above bed and the switch was next to the kitchen. This is inconvenient. One globe on the light was hanging lose. The bed is sagging on both sides. Management requests tenants to strip the bed so we discovered the stained mattress cover (2010 date) and the mattress (2010 too) is stained. This is disgusting. The pillows are stained. They were also hard as rocks. The bed skirt was ripped & hanging off one side. The sheets are worn out. They have little fuzz balls all over them. The smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling. The kitchen is dated. The fridge smelled. A piece was broken off on the inside the dishwasher. The kitchen table had crumbs on it. The brown shag rug and couch were dirty and stained. There were chipped coffee mugs & bowls. One spoon was tarnished solid black.

From structural problems like drafty windows and doors to safety concerns such as fire hazards and improperly functioning appliances, it's clear that the property did not meet your expectations.The condition of the bedding and furniture, as well as cleanliness concerns throughout the condo, are particularly concerning and should have been addressed by the management prior to your arrival.
