Downstairs in your private backyard, separated from the downstairs unit’s backyard by a large privacy fence, hang out and grill on the patio, then dine al fresco at the table that seats six. Walk to the sugar-white sand beach and relax in the sun. We’re just a few blocks from Beach Entrance #12. Or rent a jet ski, paddleboard, or pontoon boat and head out on the water. We’re also just down the street from the public boat ramp.
