SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS With all bedrooms upstairs, the master bedroom, dons a king bed and a twin pullout. The en suite bath has a stand-up shower and single vanity. Bedroom two, features another spacious king size bed and shares the second bathroom with bedroom three. Bedroom three is perfect for the kiddo, 2 bunks, totally 4 twins. The house also is equipped with a full-sized crib and highchair for the really littles. All bedrooms have SmartTVs equipped with Apple TV boxes. LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior) Enter the home on the bottom floor into the Game/TV room. The garage door opens up for fresh air and access to use the BBQ outside. Head upstairs to the great room and all the bedrooms. For those that need it, a chairlift is available for the elderly or physically challenged to assist in getting upstairs. There is plenty of space in the living to enjoy just relaxing or watching your favorite TV shows on the 55” SmartTV. Don’t forget your Netflix or Prime account numbers so you can stream movies and other favorite entertainment. A large sectional sofa is perfect for seating 6 or more. Next to the living room is the dining area with two wooden dining table and seating for four at one table and seating for six at the second table. The dining area is adjacent to the newly-renovated galley kitchen which is fully-equipped with all the essentials to whip up some gourmet meals. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances: French double door Jenn Air fridge with freezer on the bottom, Jenn Air microwave, Jenn Air dishwasher and a 6-burner Thor gas stove/oven, durable granite countertops, and a large single bowl sink. It’s stocked with all the cooking utensils, a plethora of small appliances and a staple of spices for the chef. LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior) Walk outside on the deck with views of Morro Rock and the Pacific Ocean. Outside you can relax on the patio furniture with seating for 6 or more and keep warm in the cool night air with 2 fire pits, all while enjoy the sounds of crashing waves and star-gazing. A dining table is also on the deck with seating for 6 and an umbrella for shelter from the sun. Glass railings keep the wind at bay while not blocking the magnificent Ocean views. Just across the street is access to the beach. Walk down the stairs to Cayucos’ famous dog beach. And yes, we’re even pet friendly! Bring the kids, the dogs and your besties to this great beach house. GUEST AMENITIES We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, along with kitchen necessities such as dish soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens and bath towels. Laundry facilities and detergent are in the laundry area. The kitchen is also stocked with the essential stapes: olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices. There is dinner service for 12 as well as plenty of serving necessities. PARKING There are two designated FREE parking spaces in the driveway. THE IMMEDIATE AREA You’re in Cayucos, a classic California Beach Town, often called “last of the California Beach towns.” With six miles of pristine, soft, sandy beaches, including a dog-friendly beach. It offers a tranquil escape with opportunities for antique shopping, pier fishing, and enjoying local eateries, including the famous Brown Butter Cookie Company. Cayucos is a quaint town where beautiful lasting memories are made. PROVISIONS The nearest large grocery store is Albertson’s in Morro Bay. Other stores include Spencer’s Fresh Market also in Morro Bay and Cayucos Super Market right on Ocean Ave. RESTAURANTS There are plenty of restaurants right in Cayucos and nearby Morro Bay. Burgers, seafood, deli’s…you can find them all on Ocean Ave in Cayucos. Also check out Morro Bay and Cambria is close by as well. ACTIVITIES Wine, beer and spirits tasting, hot air ballooning, horseback riding, surfing, jeep rides, ziplining, Farmer's Markets, spas, beaches, Hearst Castle, Cambria...take your pick.
