Take a dip in the luxurious pool, the longest & largest on South Padre Island, or rejuvenate at the onsite spa, or stay active in the best gym on SPI and private to this property. The eat in kitchen is fully equipped with all pots/pans/dishes etc to save time and create memorable family meals plus a gas BBQ grill bayside for stunning sunsets over the bay & causeway bridge. This Sapphire has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed with a large en suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a king sized bed and the 3rd Bedroom features a queen sized bed. The condo features an oceanside balcony and a bayside balcony. Units at higher floors have balconies that are not very useable due to high winds which this unit enjoys a perfect level for views galore and semi blocked wind. If you want to see a SpaceX launch, unlike many other units in this complex advertised this condo is in the right tower at the right height for a perfect experience. The views of the Island at night are truly breathtaking. Best location on South Padre Island on the south end close to the entertainment district. The space has a full sized washer & dryer though (we do not provide detergent/dryer sheets FYI) Max allowed guests at Sapphire is 8 people in a 3 bedroom and that count includes infants and/or babies. Unfortunately pets are prohibited at Sapphire. There is high speed internet/wifi & key card entry Sapphire secure and does not allow unregistered guests at any time High speed internet/wifi is included though Spectrum is the sole provider and not always flawless. The Smart TVS you can watch using whatever your favorite app is – we do not provide cable TV. Please understand that this condo is in the premier tower of the nicest & tallest building on South Padre so there are some rules as in no loud music at anytime We do require you read and agree to ALL house rules prior to booking – failing to do so is not a legitimate request for refund. We provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps, & dishwasher pods though not unlimited nor replenished – please come prepared. Towels, sheets, and bed linens are provided. Additionally a max of two vehicles may be parked on property with permits. Last nuts & bolt info: While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware. We operate as South Padre Trips the best property management company on the Island at 2600 Padre blvd and do answer phones 24 hours a day, 7 days a week We have tried to install every possible thing a family could want to the best of our ability to make this a great place to stay We do provide a supplemental queen sized airbed & pump to use as you see fit - please bring bedding if you plan on using. Don't forget - beach gear (we don't provide as so messy and disappears) Or rent 2 chairs and umbrella on the beach for $45 thru the front desk of Sapphire.
