During this period, the common areas on the 5th floor will be closed. The 5th floor terrace will reopen on June 15th. From June 15th to July 14th - The 8th floor rooftop area will be closed while work is being done on the wooden deck, hot tubs, and pool. The gym will be the only area open during this project period on the 8th floor. 1. The property and the specific unit in the reservation shall not be used by more than the number of people or pets listed in the reservation. All guests will have to register with Naya Homes before their arrival, and additional guests may incur additional costs or the cancelation of the reservation, without a refund, according to Naya Homes cancellation policies.
