It's important to note that the villa is located in a quiet neighborhood. All noise and music must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 9-10 PM. The neighbors are extremely sensitive, so it's crucial that everything is at a reasonable and respectful level at all times. We can't have complaints of loud music, guests being loud while entering/leaving the property in the street, or people hanging out by the pool being too loud. It's important to be mindful of this while booking. Pool heating is available for an extra charge of $300 set up and then an additional $100 a day. The house is equipped with civilian security cameras (outdoor only and covering them is NOT allowed and will cause immediate eviction).
