Guests will take the alleyway and park on the backside of the house. Climb the exterior stairs, and enter the small porch to find the door with a digital keypad. Upon entry, you will find yourself in the fully-equipped kitchen with ample counter space and room to move around while preparing meals. Through the kitchen is the dining room with a farm table, two benches, and two chairs. The dining room has a door that provides access to the front porch. Straight off the dining room is the first and only bedroom on the main floor; it features a king bed and an ornamental fireplace. Right of the dining room, at the end of the hall, is the first full bathroom with a stand-up shower and the back staircase leading to the additional bedrooms and bathroom. Left of the dining room is the entryway office nook with a desk, the main staircase, and the living room with a full sofa bed, two armchairs, a SmartTV, and an ornamental fireplace. At the top of the main staircase is a futon, perfect for groups that need extra sleeping space. The first bedroom upstairs, across from the futon, features an ornamental fireplace, a full bed, and a twin bed. Down the hall, you will find a second bedroom featuring a full bed, a twin bed, an ornamental fireplace, and a SmartTV. The third bedroom upstairs features two full beds. The last bedroom has one full bed. The other full bathroom with a shower is at the end of the hall. Patio furniture and a grill are available on the back patio. Some guests have told us that they do not like our neighborhood. We think it is great and have never had any security issues, but we understand that everyone has different experiences and want to ensure you are comfortable in our home. If you are concerned about the neighborhood, we would be happy to talk with you about it before booking. We will not provide a refund upon arrival if you decide you do not like the area. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.
