Just behind the sofa is an oversize farmhouse table with two bench seats. It's the perfect spot for everyone to gather and enjoy a home-cooked meal that was made in the fully-equipped kitchen! You'll find a full size fridge, microwave, oven, and dishwasher, along with pots and pans and other essential cookware! There are four bedrooms in our house. The first bedroom has a king bed and double doors which lead to the backyard. The second bedroom has one double bed and the third and fourth bedroom both have two double beds. There are two full bathrooms; one with a tub/shower combo and one with a shower. Don't forget to checkout the outdoor living spaces! You'll find a swing on the front porch and a firepit with surrounding chairs in the fenced-in backyard! We can't wait to host you! The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. Our home is located mins from Overton Park and is close to shopping, restaurants and attractions! Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged! We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97 percentage of your payment. The other 3percentage will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
