A convenient coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge is perfect for storing and heating leftovers brought home for a midnight snack. As gorgeous and cozy as the inside is, your favorite spot may be the fenced courtyard with a hot tub; imagine the perfect evening of stargazing while sipping a glass of wine around the fire pit. This property's unique benefit is its peaceful hill country location, but please note that Wi-Fi may be spotty. However, guests can still enjoy the Dish Network premium package for a great TV viewing experience. Hermes Ranch House, a three-bedroom/two-bath house, sits right next door and will accommodate up to six guests, rent both for a group of up to eight. *Please note this unit does share a driveway with Hermes Ranch House which is located on the same property. -Wood for firepit is not provided.
