Current bedding is a queen in the master, pull out couch in living room, and 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom plus a queen sized airbed & pump we provide. Please bring additional bedding if you plan on using. Please note a golf cart is considered a vehicle. During March and Easter, a condo/security wristband and use is required though any other time of year there is no charge. Our listing requires the primary tenant to be 25 years of age or older and present at check-in.
