This beautiful one bedroom with balcony has 2 floors and is located 10 minutes from the beach. With two separate floors, this unit is a small suite and equipped with all essentials for your enjoyment. The unit has an ice maker and AC unit in bedroom. It is in the back of the building so it is very quiet. This unit has a full bed on the first floor and a Queen Bed upstairs, on the top floor so it is ideal to share with kids as you have a bit of privacy while still being close enough. Free Wifi and tons of light. It has both a balcony and a patio. The unit is located 5 minutes away by car to Condado Beach and Ocean Park. It is also 10 minutes away from airport. It is in the Monte Flores neighborhood only blocks way from "La Placita" and "La Casita Blanca". We call it "Casa Magdalena" because it is in Calle Magdalena Del Valle. However, if you are looking for a modern new stay, this is not the place for you. Monteflores is next to a lower end neighborhood that to some may seem too downtrodden and to others a piece of Puerto Rican color. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
