This Studio Suite is located on the back of house on the second floor. It is accessible by stairs and boasts of lots of windows a Full bed and an efficiency Kitchen. This studio is ideal for those looking for a base in San Juan so that they can travel the island and come back to enjoy the joys of the urban Puerto Rican experience. The unit is a micro unit and has Air Conditioning. It has a table on the wall that collapses for space efficiency. The bathroom was recently renovated and is a private bathroom with modern furniture and a shower. We do not use a shower curtain on purpose. There is tons of windows in the unit for those looking for light, and there are also blinds for a good night sleep. This unit is in the back of a large residence on the second floor. You have your own patio so sit and relax. Because it is in the back, it is a very quiet unit. There are other 5 units in this building and there is parking in the street. The unit is close to the Airiport, Condado, Ocean Park and Old San Juan. We leave water and refreshments for you but if you have any particular needs we are happy to provide those to you at an additional but reasonable cost. If you are part of a big group this is a great house to share. Casa Magdalena provides accommodations with free WiFi and free private parking. This is a non-smoking property. This stay is for those looking to save money but also be immersed in Puerto Rico's local environment. However, if you are looking for a modern new stay, this is not the place for you. Monteflores is next to a lower end neighborhood that to some may seem too downtrodden and to others a piece of Puerto Rican color. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
