Situated on Ashford Avenue, this prime location is just a block away from Condado Beach, a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, schools, and a hospital. Guest Access The entrance is directly from Ashford Ave. Through the lobby and to the elevators to your left for access to the 4th floor. Interaction It’s a self-check-in property using a code. Occupancy and noise limits are strictly enforced. Fines can reach up to USD1,000 per violation. Please respect the neighbors. - Lost key replacement fee is USD300. - Additional charges will be incurred for lost or damaged towels (due to makeup or other stains) and damaged or missing bed sheets. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - Pets are not allowed.
